LIC AAO AE 2024 Eligibility - Minimum Educational Qualification:
For AE (Civil): B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) from an AICTE-recognized Indian university/institution for AE (Civil). The ideal applicant will have at least three years of expertise designing and executing multi-story construction projects with the necessary infrastructure.
For AE (Electrical): B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical) from an AICTE-recognized Indian university/institution for AE (Electrical). The ideal applicant will have at least three years of expertise designing and executing multi-story construction projects with the necessary infrastructure.
For Assistant Architect: B. Arch. from a recognised Indian university/institution required for Assistant Architect. The candidate must be a member of the Council of Architecture and have at least three years of experience designing various types of buildings and connected services. The candidate should also be familiar with the criteria for green building design and the use of AutoCAD and/or equivalent software.
For AE (Structural): M. Tech / M.E. (Structural) from an AICTE certified Indian university or institution is required for AE (Structural). The candidate should be well-versed in the foundation system and structural design of high-rise structures. He or she should be conversant with numerous BIS standards relevant to structural and foundation design, as well as familiarity with structural engineering software such as ETABS, STAAD, and others. Candidates for the position must have at least one year of practical experience in the field.
For AE (MEP engineers): B. Tech./ B.E. (Mechanical/ Electrical) from an AICTE certified Indian university/institution for AE (MEP engineers). The candidate should have at least three years of expertise in multi-story building plumbing, piping, and HVAC systems, lift and firefighting systems, and electrical sub-station planning and execution.
For AAO (Chartered Accountant): a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised Indian university/institution is required, as well as passing the Institute of Chartered Accountant's Final Examination and completing the Institute of Chartered Accountant's Articles. The candidate must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as an Associate Member. Candidates are required to give their membership number, which will be validated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
For AAO (Actuarial): Bachelor's Degree in any subject from a recognised Indian university/institution. Candidates must furnish their membership number, which will be validated with the Institute of Actuaries of India/Institute and Faculty of Actuaries of the United Kingdom.
For AAO (Legal): Bachelor's degree in law or LLM from a recognised Indian university/institution is required for AAO (Legal). Three years of bartending experience is required.
For AAO (Rajbhasha): Post-Graduate Master's Degree in Hindi/Hindi translation with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor's degree level OR Post-Graduate Master's Degree in English with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor's degree level OR Post-Graduate Master's Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor's degree level for AAO (Rajbhasha).
For AAO (IT): Graduation in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, or Electronics), or MCA or MSC (Computer Science) from a recognized Indian university/institution is required for AAO (IT).

LIC AAO AE 2024 Selection Procedure
For the selection of LIC AE &AAO jobs, the announcement mentions a three-tiered approach. This includes the following:
- Phase 1 or the Preliminary Examination is a sort of test that is objective (Online Mode). Candidates equivalent to 20 times the number of openings in each category will be shortlisted for the Mains test, subject to availability.
- Phase 2 or the Main Exam consists of an objective and descriptive examination (Both Online Mode). The qualifying exam will be the descriptive exam.
- In both phase 1 and phase 2, English marks will not be used to determine ranking.
- To qualify for the online tests (Preliminary and Main) and the interview, the candidate must pass each section independently and receive a minimum score in the aggregate.
- Only the results of the Main Examination will be used to select applicants for an interview, and the results of the Main Examination plus the results of the Interview will be used to determine the final merit list of candidates. Candidates will be asked for a medical checkup after the interview.

LIC AAO AE 2024 Admit Card
LIC will send out admit cards for the LIC AAO 2024 preliminary exam about 15 days prior to the exam's start date. Following the announcement of the LIC AAO & AE 2024 Prelims Result, the LIC AAO & AE 2024 Mains exam admit card will be released.
LIC AAO AE 2024 Results
Following the successful completion of each phase's test, LIC will release the LIC AAO 2024 results. The Prelims exam results are announced first, followed by the Mains exam results. The final merit of the candidates will be calculated based on their performance in the Mains Exam and the Interview.
